What is it?

Dear Stranger was created as a way to spread a little light in a whole lot of darkness. In our world today people are constantly putting each other down and hurting one another's feelings, and here at PBJP, we want to lift people up instead of put them down, so we leave little notes wherever we go, and when people find them we hope it brightens their day!
