So, ever had one of "those" days that seems like nothing is gonna go right? If so I completely feel. It all started this morning. I didn't get to leave the house until 7:50 and school starts at 8:10. Once I got to school I realized that the black jeans I was wearing had a giant rip right in the crotch.... Yea fun. Now, my school has this little "store" inside it called The Braves Boutique, you go there if you don't have clothes, or in my case, your clothes had desperately failed you. I tried on 6 different pairs of pants until I finally settled on some sweatpants that didn't exactly "fit" me but I could get them on so that was enough, or so I thought. During second hour, the sweatpants split as well. I didn't want to crawl back into the Boutique, so Andy let me use some of his safety pins to hold it till I could get home. It worked, and thinking I was in the clear I went to third hour. Once I took my seat I felt a sharp jabbing in my inner thigh. The pain got worse and worse and I couldn't figure out why, then I realized, the safety pin had lodged itself in my thigh! I waited until lunch to go to the nurse. When I got in the nurses office, the nurse was all like,

"OK hon. whats wrong" She was already reaching for the Tylenol like she knew what was coming. when I told her I had a safety pin stuck in my leg the look on her face said. I wasn't trained for this. She Handed me a band-aid and said I could pull the pin out in the bathroom if I wanted. In my head I was like "OH NO I WANT TO KEEP THIS PIECE OF METAL LODGED IN MY SKIN FOREVER!" but I held my tongue, took the band-aid, and waddle-limped into the bathroom. Ten minuets, and several cuss words later I was free. I wrapped my entire thigh in paper towel to ensure that another pin didn't tray to become a permanent part of my anatomy. Later in the day, I was telling Andy's girlfriend about the whole ordeal, after I was done she started laughing. then she told me that she had an extra pair of jeans in her locker THAT WHOLE TIME! I changed into her extra jeans and went through the rest of the day tear ( and safety pin) free.
